The socket connecting to the piano is not an exact fit. It is not connecting the power properly to the piano.
It did not fit exactly on my keyboard piano outlet. I have to adjust it with a tape for it to fit. Otherwise it losses the connection and it moved sometimes when I am on the middle of playing the piano losing the power and I have to reconnect and arranged the cord outlet to connect again.
