I received a phone with no box whatsoever, in an envelope with no original charger. Send message asking for explanation, and received a reply saying it was purchased from Amazon and was sold because she does not need it. Be aware of scams, the seller is not honest and reliable. Will send a complain to e-bay also. Very disappointed.
