1 of 2 found this helpful now having a diagnosis of cancer, I have also become anemic. regular iron tabs made my stomach hurt for hours, whether I took it with food or not. my parents and my brother take vitamins through this company and are always satisfied with the product, so I thought what the heck, I'd give them a try also. the description fits the product perfectly. it doesn't upset my stomach at all, plus it has the folate and the vitamin c that help to stimulate the iron. i've been taking this product for 7 months and have had no problems and it has helped with my hemoglobin as well. i'd recommend this to anyone with anemia.
