OK , I guess
I already owned one of these cameras and was satisfied with the performance. I need a spare, and I bought this one because I was familiar with it. The one I received was working OK. The only issue was that the position adjustment (up/down) is too loose. It flops up and down and won't stay in place. The tension adjustment screw has not effect.

Acceptable
I had to trim the inner cup filters for them to fit properly without wrinkling. The ear pads were fairly easy to fit though.
Bit pricey...
