    a book for beginners and advanced cooks alike!
    I wish I had knowledge of this book a long time ago; I wouldn't have stayed clear of recipes I didn't quite know how to handle over the years. This book clearly illustrates the "how to" for almost all of its recipes and while the recipes may not be up-to-date they can be "tweeked" to become personal recipes. The illustrations are clear and easy to follow and the pictures of beautifully presented food are a delight for those cooks who want to see the end result of a recipe. This is a very nice addition to any cookbook collection.

    What a book with fresh ideas!
    Might have been introduced in 1989 but the recipes are fresh and new and relevant to today's gourmet's standards. This is going to be added to my all favorite cookbooks. Leave it to the Junior League to add to the very special recipes in my collection!

    Transfer Designs for Embroidery
    This is a full book of transfers, floral and fantasy. There are 146 pages of transfers--no cross stitching mostly satin and back stich crewel-type embroidery but for floss. Very Beautiful
