I am from Toronto Canada and I have beeen on these for abt 6 months now or more. With persistent use you willl see thinker and faster growing hair,
Which will seem stronger and more elastic with shine. I dont think I have seen my hair this healthy since I was a young girl

I can say that my skin and colour both have improved and I look 10 years younger The pills may taste like pungent black pepper if you don’t swallow quickly but the pills do effect after sometime of use
