Easy Setup & Great Fun for Kids and Parents
1 of 2 found this helpful Like many, we decided to get a pool due to COVID. We tried 2x before to get a pool, with one cancellation and another company providing a pool missing many parts. So we were very excited to finally get this pool, which we easily picked up locally. It included all parts as indicated and was setup in less than 2 hours.
While the filter is a bit under powered, I understand that's pretty typical for these and we've made it work. We might purchase a higher powered sand filter for next year, but for now am using what it came with to try it out. I have been able to clean and re-use filters since they do need to be changed every few days and not every 2 weeks as indicated. I should note we have one small tree over the pool and it's been quite manageable to clean - I did purchase a $160 vacuum from Leslie's Pool store and have used them for water testing and everything has gone well. It still does require skimming of leaves/bugs daily and regular vacuuming, but not too bad given how much we enjoy. But it might be more challenging maintenance if you have many trees.
It's plenty big for our 7 year old and her friends to swim. As a parent, I actually get in it daily and enjoy it too. It's 14 feet across so I can even have friends over outside for "social distanced" outdoor drinks.
