Definitely cleans you out
Suffering from both IBS-C and GERD I wanted to give this a try to help give my system a refresh after a multiple ulcer episode. I went with the 14 day bottle and it proved to work out amazing. It flushes your system completely and leaves you feeling renewed and balanced at the end of it. I will warn though, it is super important to drink the water it recommends, if you don't you'll be more prone to abdominal cramps and bloating (or at least I was when I missed a few days of hydration while taking it). I would definitely say it's worth taking at least once or twice a year just to give your body a full system cleansing!

Good value for good product
Besides being a bit tedious to put on and getting bubbles out for about 10 minutes the item itself is pretty durable and does its job fairly. It's a good thing they come in a pack of three as they will crack/break after some time but not for a while when used normally.

A great multi-vitamin to take!
I've been taking this vitamin for over a year now and I absolutely love it. It provides a great boost of energy while also helping me with digestion. I can definitely feel the difference when I don't take it for more than a week and appreciate the balance it provides my body.
