Featherstone weed eater

I was hoping for a decent product as it was supposed to be like new. This thing hardly ever starts it states two pumps to prime and two pulls to start, right its more around 15 to 20 pulls, by the time you get it running your so tired and pissed off you don't even want to finish the yard. I use a 40v black and deck that works much better.
