the product was in its original package and with instructions, I had no problem with the product. I am also happy that I was also able to save money.

simple sweeper
Easy to assemble and ready to use. The problem is the sweeper brush underneath the unit is around six inches from the edge sweeper and therefore it is very difficult to get close to corners.
