Practical way to save a buck
No issue with the ink. It is of good quality and is not messy if one uses a little common sense during refill. The enclosed drill pit is useless though. A normal drill bit should be used in a pin vice or similar, however it is usable in a pinch.
This is a great way to save some money, as we all know the Mfg. ink pricing is 'where it's at" (for Canon). This is a super value and they shipped it quick. I will be buying more as needed.

Very pleased with purchase, as this part makes provides a easy (and fair priced) upgrade for some of the most common reels out there. It makes a noticeable difference in casting and smoothness in operation. I replaced two and will do more during down time in winter. A word of caution; You will have more "birds nests" until you get used to the improvement. A slight change in your casting technique will fix that issue. At that price it is worth checking out.
