The title sums it well - Ella as the platinum star she is!
The 60 cuts are a generous 18 more than the 3LP set. The price is a bargain. I've been a diehard Ella fan for 50 yrs. This truly is a "best of" from her Verve years that started in Norm Granz' Jazz at the Philharmonic creation. This made her a world famous superstar. This set is magnificent!
