  Packed well, good price. Unit appears to be NOS just a little dusty. Arrived with the owners manual and warranty form, j- handle, shoulder strap and hardware. So I would say its complete even though the end of the carton was not sealed. I bought out of desperation, this year I have a forest of volunteers ( dang little trees growing from silver maple twirly birds) I figured this was the easiest way to take care of them.

  Exactly as described. Fast shipping. One log was broken, but I didn’t even bother to reach out, as I know this is common for fiberglass logs in shipping. Just bought a $5 bottle of mortar, caulked the pieces together, and it’s good as new.
