So good that I am still not sure I believe it.
2 of 2 found this helpful I started shooting way back when film cost fifteen dollars and wait a week to see the pictures. I have always been loyal to Nikon and I have been repaid by joy from using their excellent products. My Nikkormat I bought in 1976 is still going strong. In 1998 or so I fell in love why the Nikon Coolpix 950. Then I bought a 990, then a 995, then an S4. Then a predecessor to this model, etc etc. This is probably my ninth Coolpix, and it is by far the best one yet. I took some amazing macros of insects last week, and I also took telephoto shots at Full Mag (a lot on this little camera), hand held, and the pictures were so clear you could see the individual threads on a lace curtain fifty feet away I kid you not. Although the above is too much to expect from a camera this size, add killer video. Unbelievable. I have no problem using the controls of this camera, because I've been shooting for decades, so I can not tell you from my experience how easy it is to use. Then, two weeks ago, I saw some amazing pics that my daughter took with one of these. And she just turned ten!
Easy, small , light, videos, GPS, zoom, macro: A steal at $750. But they're only $250 or so on eBay!
If you think you can not take great photos, just buy one of these, put it on "Automatic", and get ready to change your life.

You get what you pay for.
1 of 1 found this helpful Lightweight flimsy light stands. Not recommended for anything more than a Speedlight. However I needed a couple for lightweight speedlights and / 8 bucks a piece who can argue? Just don't think you're getting something especially sturdy. For indoor lightweight use and not bringing them up to their full height these should work just fine.

Great product for the price.
1 of 1 found this helpful I use a wide variety of light modifiers. I'm very pleased with this one. Easy setup, lovely soft light with the included diffuser panel, and decent quality considering the price. Little details like the double zippers on the slot for the light stands are very handy, and appreciated. I'll be getting more of these.
