Let's Go Rallying!

This is a basic, but well moulded kit which goes together very well. It is detailed enough straight out of the box, but for anyone who likes to super detail their models this kit provides a very good starting point. The decals provided in the kit are for one version only and that is for the winning car of 1980 Monte Carlo Rally. The decals are of good quality and they settle down nicely if you use a good setting solution. In my opinion, this kit would be a good starting point for anyone who was wishing to get into building models of rally cars.

Plastic Fantastic

A great read for anyone interested in the history of plastic modelling, outside the uk. This is a comprehensive history of a long established model company and includes many photos of models that some people will have fond memories of, from their youth. Highly recommended and can I also recommend another book, from the same author, entitled Remembering Revell Model Kits.

Basic, but very well done!

If you want a really nice model of a basic, workaday Chevy pickup, then this is the one to go for. The mouldings are all crisp, clean and free of flash and there is a nice set of pre-coloured whit wall tires. There are no custom options in this kit, so if you want to 'dress it up' you will have to raid your spares box!
