All in One - Dwell, Tach & Multi Meter

I am old school. i like having a points distributor. i do not like high energy distributors or a computer telling my truck what to do. if a high energy distributor goes bad, then you are dead on the side of the road. but with a points.condenser distributor, you can carry a few inexpensive parts and be back on the road. i even bought one of those older 60's GM distributors that have the little window that allows you to adjust your dwell while looking at the dwell meter. Sure, Points will arc and wear down and it is a good idea to stay on top of that. so i bought this meter and hung it on my dash. and i hard wired the positive probe of the meter to the distributor side of the coil and the negative probe to the truck ground. So Now... i can simply and conveniently just push a button and thus check my dwell any time my engine is running without going to any needed effort to hook anything up or get out any tools. and one click away and i have accurate RPMs. i also got out my bench dwell meter and both readings were the same, so this unit gives out good info. plus i can replace the probe at the meter and check voltage and ohms easily. plus, the meter has settings and stuff for checking the health of your coil and other good stuff.

Just as good as the big name stuff.

i usually try and by used stuff cause you often can get the same as new except that it just does not look new. but i got tired of being out bid on ebay for big time name V-blocks such as B&S. so then i bought this one and it is great.

Clean Water for Chickens

the chickens took to using these right away, i thought i would have to train them somehow... but they were using these to get their water before i had the time to try and get them to do it. so now they are always getting good clean water without me having to go into the coop and clean their poop out of their water bowl. plus, i installed these nipples into some 3" PVC with a reservoir that gravity feeds it so that i can go away on a trip and not worry about them having water to drink. excellent, excellent, excellent.
