Rio makes Great Fly line!

Flyfishing line has been getting more and more expensive, now often over $100 Although the technology and quality also seems improved, I feel the prices are exaggerated. Having said this, Rio certainly makes some of the best fly line, including for salt water, where the quality needs to be excellent So we do not want to take any chances with low quality line.

Excellent rod at an excellent price !

Redington rods and reels are under-appreciated. They are owned by Sage, and I believe some of the expertise is transferred to Redington products. They do not use the absolute best components, but they are very good from a casting/fishing perspective. Redington also is significantly less expensive. Overall, I believe they are an excellent product for the price.
