Too complicated - hate it.
3 of 4 found this helpful My first smart phone and I absolutely hate it. They have made it so complicated it's almost impossible to use. Constant updates coming in, you feel like you're signing your life away (which you probably are). If you're stuck in a screen and you try to turn it off to reset it, it goes right back to the screen you were stuck on. It's not easy to navigate, and just plain has too much going on. Wished I'd never got it.

Great phone, easy to use, worth the money.
I am a new smartphone user. My first phone was so complicated I wanted to run over it with my truck. This phone is great, simple, easy to use. My new job required me to have a phone that can take and send photos and texts and a few other things. This phone literally saved my job. The only down side is the constant updates it wants to make. Thanks.
