WHOLESALE FRUSTRATION
OK, so i bought this and wanna say the flame portion of this product really rocks, AFTER YOU GET IT LIT. Had ZERO COMPLAINTS the first month, then the spring that operates the trigger/spark mechanism, BROKE. SO DISSAPOINTING!! So now, i still use it but have to light it with a different flame source than the inboard trigger. Nothin works even close to right anymore.

I USE A PLAIN OLE COTTON BALL TO GET THE SPARKS GOING also XXX steel wool works good. haveing that info from company would have been IMMENSE help. the only other thing was it seemed to take for EVER TO ARRIVE. JESUS!!!!!!!! IT DID TAKE FOREVEr !!!
