A continuation of The Closer but with less punch. It can make some characters annoying as they have become stock rather than potential for the plot.
There are skips and pixel scrambles on some of the discs and this is a sealed package advertised as new. It is disappointing as it breaks up viewing entire episodes that are linked with continuing plots. The product appears legitimate and new but it simply is uneven in performance. Buyer beware.

A Disjointed Item
Man In The Wilderness is the first treatment of what became The Revenant. It is a good film with European production values that contrast with the American story and some of the actors. It is a mixed bag much like the spaghetti westerns.
The Deadly Trackers is an incomplete film with still frames inserted on top of recorded dialogue and music for the first part of the film. It is a slide show during that part of the film, not a video. The original film is obviously not available to the folks who put together this package. It is a type of restoration but the rest of the film is not worth the frustration of the first portion of the viewing.
Buyers who want a copy of Man In The Wilderness will be satisfied but anyone hoping for a copy of the Deadly Trackers will be disappointed and folks who wanted a double feature film evening will have to find another offering.

THE book on this subject.
This is the real edition, correct paper, photos, everything. The book gives you a great plan for making a machine but more importantly, every word gives information and perspectives that are very important for anyone interested in pickup winding. Jason is a great technician and craftsman. He writes with the crisp language of a technical writer. That can leave some folks looking for more narration but if you are really trying to understand the subject, you realize each word is quite important, just the way he has them.
If you are luck enough to get one of these, enjoy it and really pay attention. It is hard to say what the proper price should be for this book. It is selling for a lot more than Jason sold them for but the value is truly in the eyes of the reader/user. I am content with what I paid because I learned what I needed and it is hard to put a price on that. Hail Jason Lollar.
