It Can Help But Ultimately, It Still Comes Down to You

The first few days I felt jittery and had a racing heartbeat after having a small meal in the evening of the first day. I have found taking the product just once every day or two works for me in helping to suppress my appetite. I am not an expert by any means and your experience may be different from mine.
The main thing to remember is to lose weight, your daily caloric intake must be less than the calories burned -- you got to burn more than you take in. Try to have a two small meals (less than 350 calories each) and one decent meal with less than 700 calories per day. You do this mainly by watching your portions. Eat anything you want but limit the calories to aforementioned guidelines.
Try to exercise 30 minutes each day. If physically able, at a minimum, make time for a daily 30 minute walk. If you are not physically able, work with your doctor and find some physical activity you can safely do for 30 minutes each day. Consider this your "me" time and just make it happen. You can think, decompress, and be doing something healthy. Its amazing how many things you can work through mentally during this time. It doesn't have to be a power walk or jogging or what have you. Vary your route to avoid boredom and be selfish about your "me" time. If you have to get up at 4:30 in the morning or make time in the evening, make sure you do it. In a short time, you will begin to feel much better and may be ready to add other physical things to your "me" time. Do this for a minimum of 2 months and I guarantee you will feel and look better --- just in time for spring.

Not Worth the Money - Find Something That has Better Calibration on Dispersement Settings
I see that others had no problems and others have major problems. Aside from being a few parts short and things not lining up properly, the instructions to put together are OK. Just budget some time for it.
The most glaring weakness of this there are no instructions/settings on the release rate (drop rate) of the seed or fertilizer you are trying to put down. I realize there are different sizes but some guidance on this would be very helpful.
For instance, I have 3 acres and bought 50 lbs of grass seed that was rather expensive ( $450). It was supposed to be spread at 10-12 lbs per acre. The placard that is already affixed to the hopper was useless (suggests setting at 5-6). What is the seed rate for 5-6? The setting I used was a 2-3, which is supposed to be almost closed and would be a slow release. I figured I could make multiple passes if need be. Suffice to say I did not even get 2 acres done because I was out of seed. Since you are towing this behind you and are watching where you are going, its very hard to tell how much seed is being dispersed because you cannot see the hopper for visual cues. So know this, a 2-3 setting is greater than 25 lbs per acre for rather fine grass seed. This would have been helpful information considering the cost of the seed and then the cost of this implement.

Dell Battery Quality Is Not The Best But You Do What Have To Do
There are issues with these batteries as it seems they fail quite often. We have a laptop that is less than 2 years old and we are on our 3rd battery. Luckily they can be found on ebay for a reasonable cost versus buying from Dell. The cheap price and availability doesn't change the fact that Dell's battery quality is not good and its a PITA to have to replace them every 4 months or so. If you find yourself having to replace a battery, order 2 of them so you will have another backup when the 1st backup inevitably fails. Wish we could be more positive about this but we can't.
