Way cool for the crafty-type (like me)
I'm crafty, and I loved it. If you are not crafty, you probably will not. It was a lot of work, which is another reason I loved it. Days of building fun and joy.
It came with some glue, which I used here and there, but without hot glue I would have been devistated--a total fail! Lots of cute little pieces and plenty of common craft pieces used in new creative ways, which I love, because it gives me so many new ideas. Amazing that it really lights up!

Fun feel good movie with many crazy twists
We really love the light, funny mood of Ferdinand. Lots of characters with personality par for many laughs. Lupe is a bit much for us, but admittedly, she makes the movie as she pushes it through various twists and turns. Our love is with the family of Juan and Nina who take Ferdinand in when he is homeless. We also love the music, especially "Lay Your Head On Me" by Juanes, which you can enjoy even more if you know both English and Spanish.
