Not worth the money
This harness is no good for average size head or smaller. The top strap is not centered at all unless for a very big head. The velcro is very weak and doesn't hold. I have to wear this backwards to make it work at all. Also, the metal loops are far too big and the strap loops are much too big. I had to sew them tighter to hold the metal loops in place.

Helped keep my sinuses clear
I started taking it for h. pylori. My stomach pain got better while I was taking, but what I liked most was that I never had any sinus pressure or headaches while I was taking it. I was taking 2 pills 3x a day. Hopefully, I can take less than that and still keep my sinuses clear.
