Best value for money...

Pros - The picture quality superb compared to point and shoot like canon s95 no contest, the noise and the background blur is much better due to bigger sensor and the iAuto is just super jpegs come just as i like colorful and well exposed, the autofocus is faster and accurate, sharpness is good, build quality is good (feels like a metal in hands but it is not)...
Cons - The overall speed of processing is little bit slower and the art filters like diorama lags little bit and it is much heavier than i thought with 14-42mm II lens,
the biggest drawback is the lack of focus assist light so autofocusing in dark is almost impossible
Compared to my Nikon D80
Pros - little size and don't draw much attention just i want for street shooting and the jpegs is good as Nikon D80 dslr wich is very good and comparable because D80 is almost 6 year old dslr, in body image stabilization is a very good feature, with a slow lens like 14-42mm you can take blur free photos in low light it works better than Nikons 18-55mm VR i think
Cons - lowest iso of 200 is little bit odd, want 100, the noise exists in every iso beginning from iso 200, the performance speed is slow not the autofocus, heavy, cannot get much background blor or Swallow DoF,
Conclution : for me it is the best value for money it is cheap, built well, offers good photos like dslr, not complicated like a dslr, with panasonic 20mm f1.7 it is the best street camera for me, i think all the pen series is, at this time it is the best value for money i think you can't go wrong for 480$...
