A replacement phone is what it is, and a perfect one it is.
2 of 2 found this helpful The phone is my granddaughters.. It is replacement phone. She loves it, and it has better features according to her. I am glad she approves of it.. She had a an Iphone6, and she broke the screen by dropping it. This one is an Iphone7, and has the new features and the battery charge lasts longer. Which is great for her since they are used in schools now also as learning tools. And I like it because she is more easily accessible when I am concerned for her also. Do I recommend it, yes highly.

Springs are good quality, the count received is not 5, but did receive 3.
I only received 3 springs, not 5. Was this a misprint or a mistake in the quantity sent?
