Don’t turn on
7 of 7 found this helpful I would love to return these. When I received them and plugged them in they DON’T turn on. I’ve tried everything from changing the remote battery and plugging the lights in different areas and they just don’t work. Wouldn’t recommend. The light strips are also very poorly packaged. They could have used MORE protection for when the lights were mailed. The lights came in a bag with no bubble wrap or anything. The remote control is also a very plastic material. The remote could have been thicker, and made with better material. The lights itself like I said, don’t turn on and don’t come we’ll package I’m very upset and returning this item.
