Does what it needs to do
It functions as intended. Be advised, If you need to adjust your focus ring near the back of the scope, you will have to take the cap completely off, adjust it, then put the cap back on WITHOUT ADJUSTING YOUR FOCUS RING. The cap sits right on top of the focus ring. Aside from that, perfect for what it is intended to do.
