You need this knife

perfect without the high price
If you have a high end commercial stove for the home you can use this to replace the one the stove company wants to see you at a much higher price. For all I know this is the same item they want to see you as I did not see any difference or markings of any kind with the one I replaced.

Could be better!
This item is made from what looks like good material, however it does not let you use the kerf splitter on your saw, and no instructions are provided to let you know how or if you can use a kerf splitter. In addition I had to deepen the holes of the adjustment screws so that I was able to adjust the insert to be flush with the table top. The insert should also have not one but two screws on the side for better and more solid fit in the table top.
