Quality ruined by Buzzing/Rattle/Distortion

The headphones overall have well n.c and comfortable fit to it. Top of my head begins to ache after a while of use, even after adjusting the headset. Everything came in like described as new - openbox. The quality is good with a nice amount of bass to it. The biggest problem I have with these are that there is a buzzing and/or my audio gets distorted when playing audio. Whether this is in wired mode with the headphones on or off, or in bluetooth mode, this rattle and buzzing is still there. Most of this is on the right side. horrible. This ruins the audio from being very clean and clear. This may just be a bad headphone and needs to be replaced, but if these headphones were made like this, then I would look into another pair of headphones. I've tested this headphone in two different mobile devices, a piano, laptop, and even on my xbox one s controller to see if the buzzing was just from my phone but sadly, it really is the headphone. I still get this distortion/rattle/buzzing noise from all those devices. I'm really unhappy about this. I DO NOT recommend this product to anyone.
