These Lightscribe sensitive CD-R disks can be labeled in a Hewlett Packard CD drive. The only drawback if that they are still UV sensitive and will darken in sunlight. So keep them in their sleeves until you put them in your computer.

Inexpensive and usable unit.

The 3 digit meters are not accurate at their extremes, i.e., near zero and the high end. However, for the price, it's still a good deal. You can always monitor the voltage and amperage with more precision using separate meters and get the precision you need. For most uses, they would be good enough.
