  Very disappointing. Item was damaged in the mail and buyer never reached ever reached out to let me know so I could issue a refund. They instead just gave negative feedback. We pride ourselves on our customer service and when a situation outside of our control results in negative feedback it’s just so unfortunate. They seem relatively new to eBay and in the future, I hope they learn how important feedback is to sellers and what is and what is not in their control. Just too bad.
