This DVD contains 3 additional hidden Puppetoon titles!

I was surprised when I put this DVD in my laptop and found that there are 3 titles that cannot be accessed through the main menu but can be accessed by selecting titles rather than chapters. The additional George Pal, Puppetoon cartoons are Jasper and the Haunted House (1942), Jasper's Derby (1946), and Olio for Jasper (1946).

Enjoyable Movies with Heart!

Will Rogers was an iconic hero of the Depression era. He epitomized the rural homespun values of Americans of the time. He portrayed honesty, integrity and good humor when many felt hopeless and in despair. These movies bring us back in time to an America that unfortunately has been long forgotten by most people. They have a lot to teach us about being a friend as well as a kind and good neighbor which are pretty much forgotten in today's world.

Cadfael - Medieval Herbalist Monk Solves Crimes!

I enjoyed these DVDs (purchased 12 of 13 for $15 and found the missing episode at the library.) The old British series (this one is fairly free of PC, older ones are much better) are a lot of fun to watch. This series follows Brother Cadfael (former Crusader in the Holy Land) as he solves "unsolvable" crimes in 12th century England. As always the production values are very good. The series starts a little slowly but picks up in interest very quickly in subsequent episodes.
