All landlords need this book in their toolbox!
Great book. I bought an older (cheaper) version to see if I liked it, and I would recommend it. If you are a landlord or becoming one, get the latest version with the up to date forms, info, and such. Well worth the investment, will save a lot of headaches!

Great performance, high quality headset
1 of 1 found this helpful I use these with my iPhone, and really love 'em. This is a high quality, but light and portable headset. I listen to all kinds of music, and the sound quality is very clear and good. The phone quality is great, people report they cannot tell I am using a headset.
The headset came with several different "ear pieces" which allowed me to select the tip that fit my ear canal the best. This earpiece is removable and washable,or even replaceable, which is good because it can collect earwax and get gross. It also comes with an extra set of "filters" and a "filter remover tool". The little filter lives under the ear piece, and prevents earwax from getting into the headset. It is time to change the filter when the sound quality is muffled or volume lessens (dah). The earpiece fits well, and blocks most outside/ambient noise (in some cases better than my sound blocking headphones!) but for this reason, I do not drive or go running with them.
The wires do not tangle, like other earbuds do. I think this is due to a combination of a slightly heavier gauge wire, and a little shorter wire overall than my Sennheiser earbuds (which I am constantly untangling). There is a lapel clip, and adjustment on the wires which helps keep the little phone part in the right place along side my face/neck. I use this headset a lot, and ordered replacement filters and extra earpieces (you can get just the style earpiece that fits your ear).
The only downside I can see is that you would not like them if sticking things in your ears bugged you. If you can tolerate the foam noise reduction earplugs, this is a similar feeling. Or if you don't know, go buy some cheap foam earplugs and test out how it feels to have something stuffed into your ears before you plunk down a lot of money on this headset.
