Unstructured/flat
1 of 1 found this helpful My husband and I both agreed the fit of it was not good. The hat seemed sort of "flat" and unstructured unlike the picture. Perhaps due to shipping in a padded envelope.
It looked great otherwise, so kinda bummed. But we did have a quick return.
