Interesting effect
This has an 'interesting' cooling effect, but also helps with pain. The roll on feature, keeps your hands and fingers from getting sticky. There is a generous amount in the container. I would recommend it. Obviously, it has to be reapply it from time to time..

Beyond excellent!
Anything at all by Dr. Lisle is superb! This is just a little I saw written about him:
"Dr. Lisle graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University
where he double-majored in physics and astronomy
and minored in mathematics.
He then earned a master’s degree
and a Ph.D. in astrophysics
at the University of Colorado.
Dr. Lisle specialized in solar astrophysics,
and has made scientific discoveries regarding the solar photosphere,...
including the detection of giant cell boundaries using the SOHO spacecraft.
He also does theoretical research and has contributed to the field of general relativity.
I 'think' he is the only world's authority concerning some aspects of the sun....
but he is also a Christian and a young earth believer.
He is humble, and fun to listen to. Anything he writes well except the really deep books, I would recommend.....but I am math-phobic so....I love his books tho and highly recommend them!
