End of the line
Epson Fox symbol ink appears to be a discontinued line, which has resulted in a scramble to source remaining stock, with the inevitable increase in price. The eventual alternative will be to purchase a new printer complete with ink cartridges which will initially be cheaper than a pack of 4 cartridges

A diet easy to follow
As dieting requires willpower we needed a diet which would enable us to use it and see results.
The 5-2 diet is just that, requiring no real food deprivation and feelings of hunger. It is also something which can be used over along period. Good information about calory values of various food is essential.
