Disappointed Veteran Capresso user
We have been happy Capresso users for more than 20 years. When our twice rebuilt Capresso finally fatally failed, we purchased the newest version. Since receiving it we have been regularly disappointed as follows:
1. grinder does not move coffee directly into brewing basket leadibg to much spilled grounds.
2. #of cups of water and #of cups ground do not match. Must grind much more coffee than volume of watter.
3. Coffee pot does not easily fit onto hot plate. It conflicts with drip spot.
4. Grinder regularly clogs. Directions say to clean grinder path weekly. That is too much.
Generally, disappointed after so many years of successful Capresso service.
Want to return the item but having trouble working with supplyer, NIKO at new-sealed!
Have not received return instructions.
