Caution-Limited Shelf Life-Check the date.

This is 2015. The detectors purchased on eBay had 2007 dates on them. I contacted First Alert and they said to throw them away. The chemical compound that reacts to CO wears out regardless of whether the units are powered up so the shelf life is limited. I bought new ones at Target ($20 ea.) and they were only 2 months old. Too bad you can't see the date until you open the package but I opened one up as soon as I bought it and was prepared to return it if it was old.

Probably a Good Printer

My first inkjet. I've always had lasers. This printer clunks, hums, and makes various other sounds when doing its maintenance operations but I suppose that is normal for an inkjet--I'm used to the smooth and quiet laser. But I needed color and this was recommended by a friend. The only issue was during setup I spent a long time trying to get it to work in wireless mode. I have a laptop that connects no problem but I could not get the printer to work. The error claimed I had no network and after two hours of trying to make it work, I gave up and ran a cable. That connected fine. I could probably get Geeksquad to come figure out how to make it work but that would cost more than the printer, which was a surprisingly low $100. This wireless stuff is beyond me. I'm amazed the laptop works if I don't even have a network. Scanning and printing work fine. I think the quality is quite good although I really have nothing to compare it to. I'd recommend it.

Pleased after a year.

Nice watch. No real issues though lack of second hand missed sometimes. I suppose the battery will last a lot longer without the second hand, though. Typical hair pulling band but you get used to it. I've had the watch about a year now, original battery, wear it playing sports and at the gym. Still looks almost new.
