Wow, impressed with functionality and appearance. Although refurbished, looked brand new, never used. Would not hesitate to purchase again. Also teams like a new mop. I already have one of these, that I unclogged, so I can compare side by side. My previous mop got clogged by using tap water. Seems to be a common issue. So now I use filtered water. Let's see if it lives beyond 1 year. This mop is really a game changer.
