Better performance + optical drive

I upgraded from 2009 macbook pro 17-inch which was at end of life in more ways than one -- to 16GB memory, 1TB SSHD and still with optical drive. Very happy with this refurbished item - just a small ding in the cover.

OMRON BP5250 Silver Agent Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor

Results not accurate

I ordered this blood pressure monitor because the Omron model I had been using produced results significantly inconsistent with BP checks at my doctor's office. (I brought the monitor with me and tested within minutes of the nurse's check so it's not a case of "white coat syndrome.") Both the original and this new monitor produce the same results about 20 points below doctor's office BP check. All that being said, I'd prefer a model with more features and convenience that would produce an accurate reading.
