Perfect condition for plug and play!
2 of 2 found this helpful This headset was used to replace a broken one that is part of a two cradle set. Our family loves this phone system so much, that I wanted to replace the broken unit rather than buy a whole new system. We have two seniors in the household, and the large display and large buttons make a huge difference in comfort and usability.
The package was delivered promptly and the product was in great condition. I just had to set it on the cradle and follow 1 or 2 screen prompts and it synced perfectly with the settings and phone book entries. We cannot even tell that it's not the original headset.

Just what we needed!
I don't know how we've gone so long without this addition to our kitchen! We are a household of 3 with different schedules from day to day. This has been a huge help with portioning protein so that we do not make too much at one time. The device is easy to use. I don't feel that we've used it to its fullest extent quite yet. But the features that we have used have served our purposes perfectly. I look forward to using it more and more over time.
