  Very poor Ebayer. Won item Dec 28 for 122.50. Seller gave excuse was sick and couldn't ship. Asked if I wanted item or refund after delays(seller supposedly lives in Cali as well as buyer). Finally gave excuse that returning item d/t "Issue with buyer's shipping address." Canceled and sending me a refund, but Lo and Behold, the same item is back in another auction. Very questionable and unethical practice.
