I Cant Really Pin Point It, But...
I cant really pin point it. But I know I'm loosing body mass ( without a workout), and not really having to eat much. I can nibble on my lunch break and not eat anything else all day long. So in my eyes these are giving me the results Im looking for and I plan on continuing with these. You can smell the freshness of these when you open the bottle. If that helps.

Good But Not Great! Make an ALL Black Pack!
They're a little pricey considering if you order the assorted pack with many different colors,or just white they're cheaper.They need to make an ALL black pack.They'd sell more.Im sure Im not the only guy who doesnt want to wear green or blue underwear.
