    I placed this order on Febuary 7th and received it today, March 6th. One month later. The sweater has visibly been washed and dried resulting in the cashmere being shrunken and appearing felted. I flagged this to the seller, requested a refund, sent photos of the sweater in comparison to unwashed cashmere, found photos of the sweater being sold elsewhere online to show how this particular sweater has a much tighter weave and different shape as a result of being washed and she refused the return.

    You are an abuser, making false claims to get your way. You told me it does not fit. You never asked for measurements, but you certainly asked for $25 off, which I accepted. It was never washed and I provided more pics. And sweater was missed place. I spent 2 hours looking for it. You never bother to say I offered a more expensive sweater DG to you. You ignored that and failed to mention I offered this or how you got your discount. Shame on you, for lying and making a false claim. No damage
