The only knife you will need to cut hard cheddar cheeses.
My sister had a Cutco Cheese Knife 1504 and it worked so well cutting slices from a 2-lb brick of aged cheddar, which is the type of cheese I always buy, that I have been wanting one of these knives since I tried it... 7 years ago! I bought two cheaper knock-off cheese knives from other brands, but they don't work. Only the Cutco Cheese Knife works to slice even slices from a big brick of cheese. I do not have stock in Cutco I just love this knife because it works!!!
