Unintelligible instructions.

The device may actually work. I wouldn't know, because the "instructions" are barely more than a diagram. It would be nice to have some "consumer friendly" instructions that actually explain how to use it. Also, the earbuds are too large to fit in any human's ear. Maybe would fit in a cat's or dog's ear better. Very disappointed in this purchase...
