10Gb on the cheap!
Grabbed one of these as a core switch for my home lab/network. There are a few vids on YouTube on how to reconfigure 2 of the 10Gb ports from stacking links to standard switchports. Latest firmware can be "obtained" from around the web. Overall great switch. Fans aren't silent but very quiet. There are various tutorials on how to swap for silent Nactua fans, but I haven't found the swap necessary with the switch located in a non living space.

Good buy!
Arrived in good shape, all ports functioning as intended. Probably the best value for 250+ watts of PoE with VLAN capabilities. Can be used as a “dumb switch” by running through the initial configuration wizard and leaving it. No advanced knowledge required.
