Very good after sale service

Michael, the engineer in charge in the USA took my computer into remote to adjust the driver that didn't work on my version of Windows10 (French one). After many exchanges everything is now all right. An update version of the driver is now available on the website... To be recommended. Engineer friendly and competent.

Charger/power supply for Dell laptop with octogonal connector

The only thing missing is a user's guide indicating that the computer charging led is NOT permanently lit when the charger is connected. To check the good working order of the adapter, I removed the computer battery, and started the computer with the charger connected. If the battery is full, the computer led is UNLIT, that's the way it works.

Ce produit n'a pas dépassé mes attentes, il est juste celui dont j'avais besoin. Celui utilisé par le fabricant quand l'utilisateur m'a été vendu.....
