This HP drum was just what I needed!
2 of 2 found this helpful I'm sure there are fine non-OEM products out there, but when it comes to my LaserJet supplies, I like to stick to HP, just to be safe. They may cost more, but the quality is always good, the price per page is actually pretty low, and they tend to last a long time. I can't remember when I last replaced the drum, but with casual home use of printing something about once a day, I want to say it lasted at least a couple years. In terms of toner cartridges, I think lasted about 3 sets of toner cartridges. The only downside is that once the drum is "used up," that's it - no more printing! I always need to keep ahead of the game by making sure I have one in reserve. Fortunately, eBay makes it easy to maintain my stock at a reasonable price.

Good part-for-part replacement
While trying to fix the webcam, I thought the laptop was off... and I accidentally fried the motherboard! Doh! Always disconnect the battery first. And wear a wrist strap.
Anyway, this used motherboard was a perfect part-for-part replacement of the old. It took a couple of hours to review videos and make the exchange, but at the end of day, it worked perfectly! Even the webcam worked again! A word of caution - I needed to 'turn it on' about 3 times before it really started working, probably due to the CMOS battery trade. And Windows 10 needed to resync itself due to new components (just a re-log in). Also, the built-in Office 365 installation broke, which was easily remedied by reinstalling Office 365. Overall, I was really, really happy with this motherboard, as I avoided having to start with a brand new system. Thank you!

Great replacement!
Our old M305 broke, so this was a great replacement! It took a little effort to remove the faceplaces (there is a slightly hooked plastic tab near the front of the buttons - be careful, the tabs may break unless you push them out right), but once we replaced the plastic plates with the old ones, the mouse looked and worked the way it used to!
