Outdated but dependable technology.
The Maxtor One Touch III is a little louder, a little bulkier, and a little heavier than desktop USB hard drives now in stores. But it is built like an army tank, runs cool, and does not come with annoying software that you cannot ignore or erase. The software that it does come with is good but not exceptional, again, these hard drives were manufactured from 2006-2008, so they are not the latest technology. They are exceptionaly easy to use for adding storage, less so for automated backups. I own 8(!) of them, and they are dependable. I recommend them.

Excellent Value
Very low price for a good selection of bits and a sturdy bit holder. I recommend it as a starter set or a 2nd set.

Very Good, Low Priced Storage
These shoe-box sized storage containers are a good value. The lids snap on tightly, and the boxes are clear, so you can see whats inside. The plastic is fairly thick, and the boxes stack easily. I recommend them.
